After we paddled to Bell Island from St. Phillips we were thinking about paddling to Portugal Cove but decided on St. Phillips and the SW 2o knot headwind. Tony preparing for the crossing.

Stan, I think this was just before St. Philips where it calmed down a bit and a chance to wipe the salt spray out of the eyes. I have to say I entirely enjoyed the rough part of the crossing.
