"Drip...Drip.."

Well I can honestly say that we have had just about every kind of prceipitation one can have over the last couple of days. Snow, wet snow, hail, sleet, rain/sleet, rain and did I mention snow? Well the good news is, we are headed for fairer weather with even some sunshine on a couple of days.

We are definitely in melt mode today so all that fell is ready to evaporate again or flow into the Atlantic, I guess both. This was taken at Middle Cove.

"Waves Of Marine Drive"

I thought I lost the following wave shots I have just posted. I took a hike at the tail end of a hurricane from down south of the border last year and you will see that the sea was ferocious. I only wish that you could have heard the sound as each one of these waves would surely have been identified with as they lambasted shore. As distinct as their shape and size was the power of their voice.

"Middle Cove", NFLD

There is a nice walking trail that works its' way along the coastal edge of Middle Cove. It meanders through a farmers field and offers some nice views of the rocky coast. The fog started to circle the cliff in the distance. It looked as if the fog had fingers and was going to slowly devour the landscape, of which of course.......it did!
