I love this point as you leave the tickle. It is the end of Durrell's Island to the east, the part that use to be right across from the fish plant on the main land side that is no longer there. You don't realize the current around the area until you are in a paddle boat. I have always been in motor boats during my youth in Canso. A kayak is so much more enjoyable to me but it is still fun to motor around with family and friends.
