This is literally old business. As I sit here and day dream I am taken back to the days when I had a little Kayak operation out of my home in BC, with a partner Bruce Lantz, we had some times. I believe I miss those days but not the pressures of working two jobs for paddle money and gear money. Dream on.........

Glad to see you remember the good times. I sometimes miss them too though I've had lots on the go since then. Sold newspaper, now mayor of FSJ, bought 1/4 section on the Beatton and built a monster house. Gonna ride the river this summer with Ron Storie (ever meet him?).

Sad to hear about the MI. Can't keep you down I know that. Town is lucky to have you for mayor. I sure miss the Beatton , the Peace and the Halfway. Miss those beautiful long summer days in Fort St. John. Good on you to be living by the Beatton. Beautiful spot anywhere along there I suspect. If you are ever in NL, come see me and I'll give you a paddle to remember.
